Mode 4 · Smooth Particle Network

  • Network Spread: controls the overall volume that the particle system uses.
  • Organic Smoothness: makes the network calmer by increasing damping, reducing newborn jump, and avoiding force reheating on every Conway step.
  • Node Size: scales the visible particles. Older cells are naturally larger.
  • Depth Effect: gives stronger front/back separation by changing brightness and size.
  • Link Distance: controls how long the neighbor-connection lines want to be.
  • Link Strength: controls how tightly connected cells pull together.
  • Repulsion: pushes particles apart and opens the network.
  • Links: shows or hides neighbor relationships. If the population becomes too large, links hide automatically for performance.
